RoMuAI was founded in Istanbul in 2025, riding the rise of the AI era. Our goal is clear: to power e-commerce and website businesses' customer communication, operational processes, and sales performance with artificial intelligence.

We started out building products for Trendyol and Shopify sellers. Today, we're expanding that vision with an ai customer service product that can be added to any website in minutes, speaks in your brand's voice, and works with real-time product/order data. The goal remains the same: give customers the right answer at the right time.
