The RoMuAI AI Customer Service product is an AI chat assistant that our customers (website/store owners acting as data controllers) integrate into their own websites. In this context:
- Conversations that end users visiting the website where AI Customer Service is deployed have with the ai customer service, along with their IP address and basic browser information, are processed for the purpose of providing the service.
- With respect to this data, RoMuAI acts as a "Data Processor" following the instructions of the relevant customer; ultimate data controller responsibility toward end users belongs to the business that has added the ai customer service to its own site.
- Product, stock, order, and shipping data retrieved via your API credentials from Ticimax, Trendyol, and similar e-commerce infrastructures are used solely to generate accurate ai customer service responses, stored in encrypted form, and never shared with third parties.
