Terms of Service
1. Parties
This agreement is between RoMuAI (the "Service Provider") and the business or individual using the Service (the "Customer").
2. Scope of the Service
The Service Provider offers AI-powered automated Q&A and customer service solutions for e-commerce sellers and website businesses.
3. Membership and Use
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping their API/login credentials secure.
4. Disclaimer
RoMuAI does not guarantee that AI-generated responses are 100% accurate; final review and approval remain the Customer's responsibility.
5. Payment and Cancellation
Payments are processed via Garanti BBVA infrastructure. Subscriptions are monthly; upon cancellation, the service continues until the end of the current period, and no retroactive refunds are issued.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and trademarks associated with the Service belong to RoMuAI.
7. Competent Jurisdiction
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
8. AI Customer Service Integration and Third-Party Websites
The RoMuAI AI Customer Service product operates through an integration code that the Customer places on their own website. When adding the ai customer service to their site, the Customer is solely responsible for fulfilling the relevant privacy/KVKK obligations toward their own visitors. RoMuAI cannot be held liable for misuse of the integration code (such as illegal content or misleading information). Data retrieved from Ticimax and similar e-commerce infrastructures is used solely for the performance of the service and is stored only for the relevant customer account.
